Once you’re aware of your negative thoughts, the key to opening your life to a new exciting path is:
Start controlling your thoughts. Change the way you view things and look for the good in your life or for a new solution to those same tired thoughts.
Change your perception of how you see things and make a conscious effort to replace those negative thoughts with new positive ideas.
